In 2015, I began my own therapy journey, an experience that profoundly transformed my understanding of myself and how I navigate through life. Gaining insight into my thoughts, emotions, and responses allowed me to feel more empowered and intentional in my daily life, relationships, and personal growth. This experience inspired me to pursue a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling so I could help others find the same sense of clarity, balance, and self-awareness.
As a therapist, I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and validated. I believe meaningful change begins with self-awareness and compassion, and I aim to guide clients in exploring new perspectives and developing practical tools for lasting growth. My approach is integrative and tailored to each individual, drawing from person-centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to support healing from trauma, reduce anxiety, and promote healthier patterns of thought and behavior.
