I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have worked with diverse populations within settings such as private & group practice, outpatient facilities, schools, career readiness & GED programs, and behavioral health hospitals. I am passionate about supporting those processing through trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, interpersonal relationships, and identity formation. Additionally, I love supporting women, including those navigating the complexities and traumas of the perinatal period. I also welcome the LGBTQ+ community as well as people of other marginalized identities.

In my practice, I use a client-centered and strengths-based approach and believe that trust and rapport in the therapeutic relationship is the most important part of the therapy process. The primary modalities I use in partnership with my clients are EMDR and Ego State Therapy.

I am certified in EMDR, an EMDR Approved Consultant, and Training Faculty with Trauma Therapist Institute. I am also certified in Perinatal Mental Health with Postpartum Support International.
