I support adults and adolescents struggling with grief or trauma. Overwhelm, anxiety, sadness, dissociation, or low self-esteem can make difficult experiences even more challenging. Working together, I'll help you to settle big feelings and develop inner resources. Central to our work will be hearing each part of you, even the unpleasant ones as they often hold key insights and guidance. I offer a warm, collaborative, and client-centered environment to tend what's hurting. I work with people from all walks of life, and am experienced with multicultural, LGBTQ, and neurodivergent communities.

I draw on parts work, mindfulness, contemplative, and body-based modalities. Each session begins open-ended and we collaboratively hone in on a theme for the day to explore more deeply. We process this theme using trauma and developmental toolkits, based on what what is arising for you that day. And we close by integrating new insights.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. My training includes the Embodied Social Justice Certificate; Sensorimotor Psychotherapy: Trauma Themes: Sensorimotor Psychotherapy: Developmental and Relational Themes; Death, Dying, and Mourning; and Neurodivergent Somatics.
