I work with adults who are carrying the weight trauma, including childhood wounding and identity-based wounding. This weight may show up as anxiety, depression, overwhelm, or a sense of disconnection. In a collaborative and trauma-informed space, we’ll move at your pace to help overwhelming feelings begin to settle. Together, we’ll build practical resources you can use between sessions and create room to gently listen to each part of your experience—including the confusing, painful, or hard to reach one.

My approach integrates parts work, mindfulness, and body-based modalities. Sessions begin with space for whatever is present, and together we’ll identify a theme to explore more deeply. We’ll process that theme using trauma and attachment approaches. Each session closes with time to integrate what you’ve discovered.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). My training includes the Embodied Social Justice Certificate training; Sensorimotor Psychotherapy: Trauma Themes; Sensorimotor Psychotherapy: Developmental and Relational Themes; Death, Dying, and Mourning; and Neurodivergent Somatics.
