I work with people from childhood (6+) through their adult years (30+) and specialize in helping those who have experienced trauma and disruptions in attachment, as well as those who may engage in self-harm or other coping behaviors that might contribute to long-term distress. It is my aim to assist each client in (re)discovering wellness, balance, and joy.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, client-centered, and strengths-based, & I also believe in integrating humor to facilitate relationship-building and make sure therapy feels like what it should be–a personal connection–rather than a detached, sterile experience. Reach out to me today to start your journey!
I am also proud to be able to offer animal-assisted therapy services with my canine co-therapist, Dottie Lou, registered therapy dog with Professional Therapy Dogs of Colorado.
