I have years of experience helping others to improve their mental health and well-being. As a Registered Behavior Technician, I used techniques like Applied Behavior Analysis to help children with autism and disabilities learn to live better, more adapted lives. I also have experience coaching patients and families as they navigated difficult healthcare challenges, and administered behavior change counseling to people struggling with metabolic disease.
