Meet Jill, a women’s mental health therapist who specializes in working with millennial women seeking deeper, lasting healing. She integrates EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), and energy psychology, including Reiki, to create a holistic and personalized therapy experience.
Jill takes a depth-oriented, strengths-based approach that goes beyond surface-level insight. Her work focuses on helping clients understand the patterns, protective parts, and nervous system responses that shape their lives. She believes healing isn’t one-size-fits-all, which is why each session is thoughtfully tailored to support the unique needs, goals, and pace of every client.
Her practice is especially suited for women navigating anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, burnout, and the lingering impact of trauma—even when life looks “fine” on the outside. Jill creates a space where clients can safely explore both the emotional and somatic layers of their experience, supporting meaningful and sustainable change.
