I am a licensed professional counselor and a licensed addictions counselor. I completed my bachelor’s in psychology through Fordham University and my master’s in counseling through Regis University. I have experience working with a wide range of mental health diagnoses and substance use disorders. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, postpartum mental health, and life transitions. During sessions, we will work on understanding what challenges you are experiencing and utilize appropriate therapeutic techniques to work towards our goals. I believe in fostering a strong therapeutic relationship and creating an environment that is safe and allows you to explore your vulnerabilities.
