Imagine feeling like yourself again, confident, self-assured, and ready to handle life’s daily challenges. What if you could manage racing thoughts and silence the nagging voice of self-doubt? These goals are not only possible, but entirely within your reach.
My name is Marissa and I use she/her pronouns. Through our work together, you will understand how your thoughts, feelings, actions, and history shape your present day experiences. My top goal is to foster a safe place for you to process challenges, discover solutions, and feel more empowered compared to when you first sought out support. Some of the main focuses in my practice include support around LGBTQIA+ identities, narcissistic relationships, and emotionally immature parents.
Outside of the office you can find me at Red Rocks, watching Bravo, planning my next solo trip, practicing yoga, reading a good book, or hanging out with my cat Kiki. My main values are compassion, playfulness, social justice, humor, connection, and kindness.
You owe it to yourself to get the care you deserve! Whenever you are ready, please contact me for a free consultation to see if we would be a good fit. If you have any other questions about my practice, please visit my website for more information. Thank you!
