I have over 35 years of experience, training, and education in the field of creating healing environments in mental health systems in Colorado, Texas, and Tennessee. I have held every role there is in the mental health field and worked with many diverse populations.
My passion is to assist those who are willing and desire a connection with our beautiful Mother Earth, themselves, and others. I believe that we all share an innate wisdom within us which hungers for these connections. Together we weave a sacred spiral that is unique to your life.
I believe in exploring where we come from in the form of family systems and Ancestorial lineages. The therapeutic work then takes on a richer and felt experience for healing. I am also a trained Reiki Practitioner and Shamanic Practitioner which delves into the somatic aspects of how we show up in the world.
My journey has taken me to many parts of my own psyche and continues to reveal the secrets of how the emotional turmoil we experience is woven into our belief systems which then hijacks our capacity to live authentically. My role as a helper is to challenge, inspire, create healing pathways and work in collaboration with each individual I serve to create the life each of us deserves and is our birthright.
