My approach in the therapeutic relationship combines evidence-based practice, humility, and compassionate collaboration with clients. It is my intent to deliver an authentic experience that allows for communication in a safe, accepting environment.
My focus has historically been working with women and men through relationship issues, intimate partner violence, maternal/paternal health, depression/anxiety, eating disorders, and mental health impacting adolescent/teenagers. I have advanced training in Perinatal Mental Health treatment (i.e. pregnancy issues, postpartum depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, miscarriage, infant/child loss, infertility) and have a passion for working with women and men as they navigate through this delicate time.
My teletherapy practice allows for clients who are unable to make weekly appointments outside of their home to be able to find the same compassionate support and attention as you would find in the office.
