From a young age, I've been captivated by the intricate workings of the human mind and the complexities of the human experience. As a teenager, I knew that my calling was to become a therapist, to help individuals explore their own thought processes and navigate the challenges of life. Now, I am committed to guiding you through this journey of self-discovery and growth. I have a deep passion for working with children and adolescents, recognizing the unique challenges they face as they navigate through various stages of development. My experience includes working with young individuals who grapple with impulsivity, intense emotions, tantrums, defiance, concentration issues, emotional regulation difficulties, aggression, or challenges in school. I firmly believe in the power of collaboration and engagement with parents to navigate the complexities of parenting a child facing such hurdles. My mission is to empower children and their parents to navigate these challenges with confidence and resilience.

Through evidence-based interventions and compassionate guidance, I strive to help children learn to cope with their strong emotions, modify negative behaviors and thought patterns, and ultimately improve their quality of life. In our sessions, you can expect a supportive and non-judgmental environment where your child can explore their feelings and experiences. I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities through a trauma-informed lens. My therapeutic approach is infused with creativity, fostering a dynamic and inviting space where each session is uniquely crafted to resonate with the client. I enjoy developing innovative interventions that make therapy effective and enjoyable. Together, we will work towards building coping skills, enhancing emotional regulation, and fostering a sense of resilience.
