With values tied to the power of human connection, and honoring diverse perspectives, I aim to foster an environment tailored to your unique individualized healing journey.
My approach to counseling is rooted in fostering the internal capacities that you already possess, towards self-awareness, growth, and healing. I lean into Relational Cultural Theory (RCT), that supports dismantling the historical harm that can be experienced in our societal systems.
In addition to working with adults, I work with children and adolescents.
