As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am passionate about helping individuals better understand themselves, navigate life’s challenges, and create meaningful, fulfilling lives. I work with teens, adults and couples who may be navigating anxiety, ADHD, neurodivergence, trauma, emotional regulation, relationships, self-esteem, or major life transitions.
I especially enjoy working with high-achieving individuals who are accustomed to holding it all together but may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck beneath the surface. Therapy can be a space to slow down, understand what’s driving these patterns, and develop greater confidence, self-awareness, and emotional flexibility. Whether you’re navigating the transition into adulthood, figuring out who you are and what you want, managing the pressure to succeed, or simply feeling stuck, I aim to create a supportive and collaborative space where you can show up authentically.
My approach is trauma-informed and integrates cognitive, somatic, nervous-system-based, and parts-work approaches. I have advanced training in Complex Trauma (Levels 1 & 2), Somatic Therapy for Complex Trauma, and Parts Work Trauma Specialist Certification, as well as specialized certifications in ADHD treatment and autism. I tailor therapy to each individual, drawing from these approaches to help clients understand themselves more deeply and create meaningful, sustainable change.
If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you where you are while helping you move toward where you want to be, I’d love to connect. Learn more or schedule a consultation at trails-to-transformation.com.
For clients navigating relationship challenges, I incorporate Gottman-based strategies as a Certified Level 2 Gottman Therapist to strengthen communication and rebuild trust. My work is warm, collaborative, and practical, helping you calm your nervous system, process trauma safely, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Life’s challenges, whether rooted in mental health struggles or major transitions, can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face them alone. I deeply believe in every person’s capacity to heal, grow, and thrive.
Originally from Buffalo, New York, I find renewal in the outdoors, hiking, skiing, and traveling, and I embrace every opportunity for adventure and personal growth.
