Hi there my name is Lori, and I would be honored to join you on your healing journey using a holistic approach. I specialize in trauma focused EMDR therapy, Neurofeedback, Holistic Therapy, Sound Healing, Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems and Traditional Psychotherapy. I serve children, adolescents, and adults with compassion in a safe and supportive environment. By combining Holistic and Traditional Therapies, we will unearth long-standing patterns and perceptions that may be preventing you from gaining new insights and experiences.
We will work together by developing a deeper awareness of life’s issues, guide you into your body with kindness and awareness, teach you how to be mindful and live in the present moment, establish effective coping skills and move beyond all forms of trauma. I would love the opportunity to show you how to remove barriers to healing and move towards Inner Peace.
