If you are looking for support in figuring out how to adjust the way you respond to other people or to life in general, if you are overwhelmed by emotions or just confused by them, we can work together to help you clarify what is going on, what the patterns look like for you, and how to help you get your human needs met in a way that is effective and satisfying for you and respectful of others.

At this time, my availability is limited to Mondays through Fridays between 10:00 am and 2:30 pm. I can meet in person in the Englewood/DTC area or online.
