Maybe you're struggling with anxiety, feeling overwhelmed by life's demands, or finding yourself caught in patterns of thinking and behaving that don't seem to be working for you anymore. I believe that understanding ourselves is an important part of making meaningful changes. In our work together, I'll help you explore your thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and experiences, and begin to recognize patterns that may be contributing to the difficulties you're having. We'll work on developing healthier ways of thinking, relating to yourself, and responding to life's challenges.
