I’m a real guy. Not stuffy. Not pretentious. And I sure as hell don’t know everything. You’re looking for a therapist who you can relate to, who will really hear you and get you, and who won’t judge you. I’m that guy.

I am highly trained and experienced in my work but, at the end of the day, being an authentic human is more important than anything else. I will help you feel comfortable being yourself, opening up at your pace, and processing and making sense of what you’re going through. We’ll explore what you feel, how you think, how you relate to yourself, and work towards helping you feel more comfortable in your own skin and more confident in your ability to meet any challenge life may throw at you.
