I take an informal, conversational, and down-to-earth approach to therapy. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself and talking openly about what’s on your mind. There’s no right or wrong thing to say, and nothing is too big or too small to bring into the room.
I help people slow down and make sense of what they’re going through. Together, we’ll look at what you’re feeling, how you’ve been responding, and where you want to go from here. The focus is on understanding your patterns and making meaningful changes that actually last.
Starting therapy can feel uncomfortable, especially when it means opening up or facing things you’ve been carrying for a long time. I’ll meet you where you are and help you stay grounded as we work through it.
If you’re ready, you can reach out by phone, email, or through my website to schedule an initial consultation. We’ll talk about what’s going on and how I can help.
