When we work together, you’ll tell your story: we’ll notice patterns, explore what’s tripping you up, and dive into your emotions. You might cry, you might laugh, you might swear a little: it’s all part of the process. The goal is simple: to leave feeling more connected to yourself, kinder to yourself, and more comfortable being who you are in the world.
