I specialize in treating anxiety disorders using Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I help clients develop healthier ways of thinking, relating to themselves, and responding to life so they can feel calmer, more confident, and more in control.
