Hello and welcome!
As a dedicated therapist specializing in trauma therapy, I have over 12 years of experience working with adults dealing with a wide range of mental health challenges, including PTSD, depression, anxiety, and attachment/relationship issues. I operate from an attachment focused lens, viewing everything from the perspective of “what happened to you?” and specifically, what happened early on in your life?
Since being trained in EMDR in 2016, I have witnessed its transformative power. I use EMDR and parts work as my primary modalities and strive to create a safe and supportive environment for my clients. In addition to traditional weekly therapy, I also offer one-time intensives. These extended sessions last a half or full day and can be a powerful way to accelerate healing. My approach is compassionate, personalized, and aimed at fostering lasting healing and growth. I enjoy incorporating humor into sessions because I truly believe laughter is medicine.
