Kelly is trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and anxiety, EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She also utilizes Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), person-centered and mindfulness-based techniques to promote healing. She is under the direct supervision of Clinical Supervisor Robert Flowers, MSW, LCSW, ACS.
Kelly believes that everyone deserves a life of abundance, inner peace and connection. Whether you are struggling with OCD, trauma, anxiety, or simply feel stuck- there is hope. Kelly aims to hold space for your healing, teach skills to manage the stressors of the moment and the future, and hold up the canvas while you paint a vision for what the healthiest 'you' looks and feels like. She takes special care to create a warm, safe and affirming atmosphere where clients feel they can be the truest versions of themselves.
