You are the expert of your lived experience, but sometimes it makes all the difference having assistance and guidance in changing the stories we are telling ourselves.
Genuine connection is one of the most healing experiences, and my goal is to ensure you feel safe and supported each time we meet. Working with individuals that struggle with addiction I have witnessed how capable of change and growth every person is. It is my hope to help you work towards the positive growth you are seeking, in ways that make sense and feel right for you. I utilize multiple modalities and perspectives, drawing from DBT, MI, ACT, and IFS to best serve my clients.
