She earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Fort Lewis College in Durango, CO in 2011 and completed her Masters in Counseling Psychology at the University of Denver in March 2024. Her areas of clinical interest include anxiety, grief and loss, relational challenges, and life transitions. She has experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds in a variety of settings, ranging from wilderness therapy to somatic work.
Through her own healing journey, Meredith began teaching yoga in 2014. She has been working with individuals ever since to help them develop self-soothing techniques and cultivate greater inner peace. Meredith’s intention is always to meet her clients where they are. She operates from the understanding that she cannot fix you- because you are not broken. As a therapist, she is here to help her clients know themselves better, make meaning of their experiences, and navigate their lives with greater ease.
Meredith works collaboratively with her clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a non-judgmental space. Meredith practices a person-centered, integrative approach that incorporates a variety of theories and techniques. She operates from the understanding that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. There are many roads to healing, and she is here to help you discover what will best support you on your path to creating lasting change.
