What’s up folks!? My name is Hayden and I’m a therapist and licensed clinical social worker dedicated to supporting the LGBTQIA2S+ community, millennials, and young adults. Whether you’re navigating identities, neurodiversity, exploring gender, living with depression or anxiety, or going through life transitions, I’m here to support you. In a world where it can be challenging to show up as authentically you, I see you and I hear you. Sometimes all we need is a welcoming and affirming space where we can truly be ourselves. I’m here to partner with you in creating that space.
I am committed to providing anti-oppressive care that is rooted in liberation and social justice. While I utilize a variety of evidence based practices and trauma-informed care, at my core I am a therapist that honors your unique story and recognizes the transformative power of reclaiming that story as your own.
When I am not at work, I enjoy powder days on the slopes, writing creatively, and venturing outside in Colorado. The mountains are where I practice my own self-care. I live in Denver with my partner and our two pups!
