I believe that meeting each person where they are and taking an individualized, client-centered approach is the key to addressing and relieving even the most intense issues. I have over 15 years of experience of working with children, teens and their families, from a diverse set of backgrounds. I also have significant experience supporting young adults, particularly the issues that young women face. I am passionate about helping clients grow and thrive through traditional and play-based therapy. Needing help is normal and I have helped many move through challenges to find stability and joy.

I am passionate about helping children, teens and young adults with anxiety, ADHD, behavioral and social issues. I work on processing trauma, building social skills, managing anger and coping with big life transitions. I believe that a collaborative approach is most effective with kids, so I also offer collaboration with parents, caregivers and schools.
