Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addictions Counselor based in Colorado, and I’m also approved to provide telehealth services in Florida. I’ve been in the field for nearly a decade, helping people navigate ADHD, neurodivergence, trauma, and anxiety.
I’m trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a therapy that helps people heal from past experiences that still affect them today. My approach is neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, and always grounded in compassion. Together, we’ll use therapy methods that fit you—your goals, your strengths, and your lived experience—so you can feel more grounded, capable, and connected.
Clients who work well with me often have these struggles:
You’re someone who truly wants to get things done and feel more in control of your life—but it often feels harder than it “should.” Maybe staying organized is a challenge, or your mind jumps from thought to thought before you can catch up. You might have multiple to-do lists scattered around and still feel unsure where to start.
You start a task with good intentions… then get pulled away by something else, overwhelmed by the mental clutter, or shut down because it all feels like too much. At work or at home, this can leave you feeling frustrated, misunderstood, or even ashamed.
Anxiety may show up as constant worry, overthinking, or a tightness in your chest that never quite goes away. You might replay conversations, anticipate worst-case scenarios, or feel on edge without knowing why. Trauma could be part of your story too—maybe past experiences still affect how safe, calm, or connected you feel today. Even if you’ve learned to cope or push through, a part of you knows you’re still carrying more than people realize.
You might laugh these struggles off with friends or family, but deep down, you wish things felt easier and more manageable. More than anything, you want to feel heard, understood, and supported. You want tools that actually work for your brain and your body—not one-size-fits-all advice. You want healthier ways to manage your emotions, break out of old patterns, and finally feel more grounded and confident in yourself.
