Nicole creates dynamic spaces where her clients discover and deepen their own strength and resilience. While working with Nicole, her clients experience insight into negative patterns where none existed before and gain access to a powerful toolbox of skills and techniques to move beyond the confines of their current reality. She has a holistic approach that releases her clients to feel more integrated in mind and body. Steeped in research, she only offers evidence-based interventions to help her clients achieve their goals. Nicole works to provide individuals with tailored treatment plans that can be integrated into their daily lives.
Her warm and nurturing presence propels her clients to go beyond what have been thought of as limitations, hang-ups, or setbacks. Nicole helps clients navigate places of discomfort and confusion, exploring and clarifying values to keep them centered and grounded. Her empathy allows clients to find purpose, meaning, and hope in pain and difficult circumstances, as she helps them relate to others and oneself with kindness and compassion.
Nicole speaks at local schools, churches, and community events where families come together to receive resources and support, and where she can share some of her personal story of strength and perseverance. Overcoming challenges and obstacles is a daily task for Nicole, and she is passionate about helping her clients do the same.
