Hi, I'm Amanda.
If you're an adult grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or ADHD, I understand how overwhelming and isolating these experiences can be. My goal is to provide you with practical strategies and acceptance in order to enhance your quality of life. Together, we can work towards finding balance, clarity, and a sense of control over your emotions and actions.

I specialize in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Somatic Experiencing for Trauma, and use a mindfulness-based approach to help you build coping skills, manage symptoms, and reach your personal goals. My style is collaborative and supportive.

Before transitioning to private practice, I gained experience working in hospice care, hospital settings, and with adoptions and foster care.

I have a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have an ADHD-CCSP, which is a specialty in ADHD with adults. My areas of expertise include anxiety, grief/bereavement, spirituality, stress, ADHD, depression, life transitions, and intimate/romantic relationships. I also offer Telehealth sessions for those who prefer or require remote therapy.
