This isn't just another page of clichés about "living your best life." Instead, we’ll get to work using truly effective methods to shift your habits and thinking patterns in ways that genuinely improve your emotions and relationships. If we work together, you will find that I am authentic, pragmatic, and down-to-earth.
I work especially well with individuals and couples who want actionable, proven skills for navigating couples challenges, anxiety, depression, bipolar, trauma, addiction, and religion-based wounds. My clients learn how to build healthier thinking patterns and integrate new behaviors that make emotions easier to manage and healthy relationships easier to sustain. I’m competent and experienced in working with clients from diverse backgrounds including LGBTQ+, straight individuals and couples, poly or open relationships, kink-informed, and neurodivergent communities.
I am fully trained in Gottman Method couples counseling- a widely respected, research-supported approach to helping couples strengthen connection and navigate conflict with confidence. For individual work, I draw on CBT and DBT, offering practical tools you can use right away. My style is active, collaborative, and focused on giving you real strategies rather than just talking in circles. Therapy with me goes a lot deeper than just, "how was your week," and, "you're doing your best!"
I currently accept Kaiser, Aetna, UMR, and UnitedHealthcare for individual and couples sessions. If you have any other insurance plans, I offer the standard superbills for out-of-network claims as well as Thrizer which submits claims for you, speeds up reimbursement, and tracks everything automatically.
I only meet virtually online or over the phone. I do not currently offer any in-person therapy.
