I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Addiction Counselor trained in EMDR, a therapeutic modality used to help clients move through trauma. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with addiction, anxiety and panic disorders, depression, learning disabilities, and low self-esteem. I am a Highly Sensitive Person myself (HSP), and love working with other HSP's. I can help you better understand your problems and move toward a realistic solution. I use an authentic, holistic, client-centered, and trauma-informed approach to help you cultivate a more meaningful life as you work towards reaching your goals.
