Transitions. Life is full of them. Some are gradual and some are abrupt. Some are planned and others a shocking surprise. Some are welcome, but many more are not. Few are easy, more are difficult, and some seem impossible.

How we navigate our transitions and the choices we make are critical. The devastating loss of a loved one. Unexpected illness. Dating, marriage, and divorce. Loss of communication and intimacy. Children and family dynamics. Aging parents. Work/ life balance. Fitness and nutrition. These are some of the challenges we face as we mature in life. Our physical, mental, and spiritual wellness is on the line.

Many of us struggle with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, isolation, grief and loss.

While these challenges are difficult, hope and opportunity can lie beneath. Recovery and happiness are possible, and you don’t have to do it all alone. I am here to help support and guide you on your journey.
