Welcome! I specialize in women’s mental and emotional well-being during all phases of life, including perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions. I support women experiencing mood changes, anxiety, identity shifts, relationship stress, low self-esteem, and the often-overlooked emotional, physical, and relational impact of hormonal change throughout one's life.
My approach is practical, grounded, and compassionate. Combining evidence-based therapy with mind–body strategies, I help women understand what they’re experiencing, build supportive tools, and feel more centered and confident throughout any stage of life. I have both specialized training and lived experience with the many seasons of a woman's life.
I provide a calm, nonjudgmental space where women can talk openly about symptoms, reflect on shifting roles, reconnect with their needs, and navigate midlife with clarity and self-trust. I am committed to helping women move through all phases of life, including perimenopause and menopause, with resilience, balance, and a renewed sense of self.
It can be hard to take the first step and reach out, especially to open up to someone new. I encourage you to take that brave first step and call or email me to see if we might be a good fit. I offer a free 15-minute consultation call to all new clients to answer any questions you have. Let's Talk!
