I love what I do, and feel strongly about supporting people in personal growth through awareness of your own strengths and somatic experience. You are the expert on yourself, and I aim to hold space for self exploration and processing. Therapy should be helpful, healing, and a place for non-judgement and positive connection.
When working with clients, first and foremost, I begin therapy with finding points of connection, and working to understand each person with whom I am working and their story. I have worked clients since 2010, and support many of them in healing from trauma, working through relational challenges with family and partners, and coping with anxiety and depression. We work together to build positive connections through examining narratives as well as working to understand their attachment strategies, and how emotions and experience are held in the body.
Clients can expect to take away deeper understanding of themselves, ideas for healthy coping, and increased felt safety for processing emotions and connecting with friends and family
