Hi, I'm Kate!
I'm a licensed clinical social worker, trauma-informed therapist, ADHD-er, and high-achieving creative. I help perfectionistic, deep feeling, and self-aware women find solace in embracing all parts of themselves and move towards wholeness. I work with those navigating anxiety, sensory overwhelm, ADHD, imposter syndrome, relational trauma, and highly sensitive people. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed by daily life, are told they are ‘too much’, and are exhausted from trying to hold it all together.
I am a wife and mama to two energetic little humans. When I’m not therapist-ing, I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, yoga, movie nights, and reading (thrillers, fantasy). I also identify as a perfectionist and deep feeler, so I often connect to what my clients are experiencing.
My approach is relational, person-centered, & rooted in deep connection. We’ll move at a pace that honors your needs and your nervous system, incorporating tools such as EMDR, IFS, somatic work, and mindfulness along the way.
