I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over five years of experience supporting youth and young adults with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. I believe that every individual has the ability to grow, heal, and build resilience, and feel that it is a true honor to partner with individuals and families to support this process. Over the last four years I have worked within public educations, providing individual and group counseling, crisis support, and parent consultation. I view my clients as a whole person, with unique strengths and needs informed by their environment and life experiences.
My clinical expertise includes supporting individuals with a variety of challenges such as: anxiety, behavioral and emotional issues, anger and aggression, trauma, grief/loss, relationship issues, family changes, life transitions, substance use, neurodiversity, and women's issues. My approach is strengths-based, trauma informed, and relationship focused.
My goal is to provide my clients with a safe space and relationship in which they can trust, grow, and heal. I empower my clients to recognize their resilience and unique strengths while working collaboratively to equip clients with new tools. I highly value the therapeutic relationship and hope to connect with you and yours!
