I'm an LCSW passionate about helping people navigate the challenges of anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, grief, and perfectionism. There's no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to healing. I draw upon a range of evidence-based approaches, including: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Identifying and reframing negative thought patterns that contribute to distress. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR): Processing traumatic memories to reduce their emotional impact.

My commitment extends beyond therapy sessions. I offer resources and support to empower you on your journey.
