I specialize in working with children, adolescents and their families; specifically with anxiety, trauma, domestic violence, depression, and other issues affecting a family’s daily functioning. I am trained in several evidence based models including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused CBT, and Multi-systemic Therapy (MST). I am also trained in directive and non-directive play therapy.

I work from a strength based and collaborative approach. I believe that everyone has the ability to make positive changes for themselves and for their family. My goal is to help each individual learn the skills to accomplish the changes they are hoping for now and in the future.

Outside of my work as a therapist, I am a mom to two wonderful boys. We enjoy spending time outside playing and doing many art and science projects.
