Exposure & Response Prevention (Gold standard treatment for OCD), Hypnotherapy, Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), Somatic experiencing, & Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) are primary approaches I take to address a wide variety of issues. These approaches are effective in moving through our “old stuff” to make way for living a vibrant, resilient life.
***Unfortunately, insurance does not cover hypnotherapy sessions at this time and it is an out of pocket expense. I am happy to provide a superbill to submit to insurance for reimbursement for hypnotherapy sessions***
