Relationships, meaning, and personal and professional growth are all rooted in a strong mental health foundation. To succeed is to honor the evolution of the human experience by constantly looking in the mirror and understanding the nature of the self. Everyone has the power to live their best life, and perform optimally in their relationships and careers. You are the leader, and I am your guide. The secret is within yourself.
My best work is with adults, emerging adults, and couples suffering from mood disorders, interpersonal conflict, adjustment, stress, anxiety, and depression. My treatment approach includes mindfulness practices, positive psychology, relational communication, ACT, ketamine-assisted, Buddhist psychology, and CBT.
