Do you feel weighed down by self-doubt, anxiety, or a constant pressure to get everything right? Maybe you're overwhelmed by everything happening in the country and world, and feel like you can't relax or let your guard down?
Many of my clients are thoughtful, insightful, and self-aware—and still feel stuck in old patterns they can’t think their way out of. Perhaps you're hard on yourself no matter how much you accomplish, feel responsible for others’ emotions, or carry a quiet sense of something bad happening. You may even be aware that these patterns trace back to childhood, but still they persist. If you're seeking deeper, lasting change, you've come to the right place—I can help.
My main approach is EMDR, which helps shift patterns at the nervous system level. My approach is warm, relational and trauma-informed. I integrate EMDR with a deep respect for your pace and nervous system. My focus areas include anxiety, trauma, life stressors/transitions and parenting.
