I am passionate about empowering the women I work with to find balance in their lives, joy in their relationships and compassion for themselves. I am a social worker with over 25 years of experience supporting people through a strengths based lens; whether you are looking for support with anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem, relationship issues, chronic illness (I am Long Covid and Lyme Literate) or parenting stress- I would be honored to help guide you during this season of your life to a place of growth and resilience.
I use a cognitive behavioral/mindfulness approach (primarily using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy techniques) to help you develop new ways of coping with stress and negative self-talk, as well as discover how to make room for what is most meaningful for you in life.
My approach as a therapist is goal oriented- together we will work on finding solutions that work for you so that you feel empowered to help yourself during challenging times. You don't have to do this alone- reach out for a free consultation. I only work with women and have weekday, daytime appointments (current openings are before 2pm).
