Hi there! My name is Martha, welcome. Man, I know weeding through these profiles can feel monotonous and disingenuous. So here it is: I truly use a whole body approach to support you in coming home to yourself. I want to help you feel your way into healing, not think it. I am not a check-list therapist. Too many therapists bring you to baseline and then fall out. New, healthier patterns have to be established, for healing to transcend. My clients seek a well-seasoned professional who is capable of balancing realness with a high level of expertise.

Seasoned in EMDR, somatically trained, IFS, attachment work, and spiritual integration. I am a highly intelligent, humorous, quirky, non-formal person. I value neuroscience and the science of our whole systems.

( I do also have a wealth of experience with children/adolescence. Select spots available for this population.)
Tues: 8am-4pm
Fri: 8am-6pm
Sat: 8am-4pm
Sun: 8am-4pm

Both in person and online available those days. Not available Mon-Thurs.
