Hi, I’m Sarah. I provide compassionate, holistic therapy for people looking to feel grounded, reconnect with themselves, and live life fully and authentically. Life can feel overwhelming at times, leaving you feeling stuck or uncertain. Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and gain clarity. I bring warmth, compassion, respect, and a sense of humor to our work together, creating a safe and supportive environment to explore your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, strengths-based, and grounded in social justice.
I most often draw from:
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Narrative Therapy
Relational and attachment-informed approaches
Mindfulness skills & somatic techniques
Together, we will personalize an approach that is best suited to your needs and goals.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting folks navigating body image concerns, disordered eating, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, as well as broader themes of self-discovery, personal growth, and relationships. My work has spanned a range of settings, allowing me to support people with diverse experiences and challenges.
I have advanced training in IFS (Level 2 trained with the Internal Family Systems Counselling Association) and am a certified Be Free Breathwork Facilitator. I am also a lifelong learner, dedicated to deepening my practice and growing alongside those I work with. I am committed to creating a safe, affirming, and inclusive space for those who identify as BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, or neurodivergent, as well as anyone who has experienced marginalization or systemic barriers.
When I’m not in session, I enjoy spending time with my family, being in nature, hiking, practicing yoga, and snuggling with my pup—all the things that help me feel rooted and free.
