If you need help managing the stressors that life keeps throwing at you, I am here to help untangle it. Sometimes we lose focus on what makes us happy, I'd like to help you find your happy place again. As a team, we work together to get you back on track. I work with those who are affected by depression and anxiety. I deliver therapy with warmth, support, and understanding. My goal as a therapist is to help you improve the quality of your life.
I am a mother of young adults and a daughter of aging parents. I have worked hands-on with people in crisis, end-of-life, and transitions in life.
On my own time, I like to find new adventures that range from hiking, Zumba, reading, and crocheting. I am a second-degree black belt in taekwondo and love to belly dance. I look forward to meeting you.
