Sujatha Reddy is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado and Ohio, and a Licensed Natural Medicine Clinical Facilitator (NMCF) in CO. She is Board Certified in Traditional Ayurvedic Medicine, (BC-TAM), Certified Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapist, Certified Holosomatic Breath work therapist and a Yoga Therapist.

Sujatha treats mental health disorders with an integrated approach using Ayurveda, Yoga therapy, Holosomatic breathwork, Meditation, Mantra, western psychological approaches and psychedelic assisted psychotherapy with Ketamine and Psilocybin. Sujatha has practiced Ayurveda for 35 years in USA and 25 years in the field of mental health.

As a Natural Medicine Facilitator she approaches a medicine journey with an integrated approach with preparation, journey and integration using eastern and western traditions of ayurveda, Yoga therapy, breathwork and Native ceremonial context along with evidence based approaches with mind body and spirit alignment. Her process includes, Diet and cleansing the sheaths to access subtle channels for deeper experiences with the medicine to connect with self, subconscious and the cosmic consciousness.

My Philosophy:
As a Counselor, Coach and Ayurvedic Consultant she approaches the therapeutic process from a holistic view point. She believes that the integration of the body, mind and spirit is an essential expression of personal health. Many of today’s Mental, Physical and Social Illnesses stem from a lack of integration-disintegration, resulting in persons dissociated from themselves, the community and the environment. Her focus is on the whole person, with special emphasis on how the mind is connected directly to the body and how a person thinks, feels and acts. Emphasis will be on wellness, with symptoms seen as calls to self-realization.

My Treatment Approach:

She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Mindfulness, Person centered therapy, Ayurvedic psychology, Transpersonal psychology, Yoga therapy as treatment modalities. I take a holistic approach integrating the body, mind and spirit with consideration to social, cultural and lifestyle interactions as well as hereditary, genetic influences, belief systems, values and personal goals of each individual. I teach mindfulness relaxation breathing and meditation techniques for reducing Anxiety, Stress and alleviate depression.

Groups: Low Cost Transformative Psilocybin assisted psychotherapy groups once a month for adults
Individual one on one sessions for Mental Wellbeing with microdosing Ketamine and Psilocybin assisted psychotherapy.
Sujatha organizes group wellness day and weekend retreats for wellbeing and creativity with Breath work, Ketamine and Psilocybin.
