I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, career transitions/work anxiety and ADHD. Are you feeling overwhelmed and worried, draining sense of burnout, dread of workplace anxiety or poor time management skills? I got you! My approach is relational and solution-focused to help you move forward into a more peaceful way of life. I also believe in the power of laughter.
I draw from evidence-based practices such as Time Management and Executive Functioning Strategies, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. My goal as a therapist is to build a toolbox of strategies to help you manage anxiety, ADHD, and workplace stress.
We cannot do this life thing alone. It takes community and connection. Life is better and easier when we tackle things together as a team. Okay, let's do this!
