Are you questioning your life's values and beliefs? Maybe you realized you've been following a path that turned out to be damaging for you either on a harmful relationship, or maybe a community of sorts?
I work with adults and teenagers moving through periods of transition, existential dread, depression, anxiety and mood disorders. I also work with individuals recovering from spiritual or religious abuse as well as bi-cultural couples. I use different approaches and tools in order to tailor the process to my client's needs.
Getting professional help is a big step towards a better quality of life and a deeper sense of overall fulfillment. Client's often times report an improvement on self-reliance, improvements on personal relationships, and overall improvement on health. I work with most major commercial insurance panels and I'm available for brief phone consultations.
