I feel privileged to be in a position to support the well-being of children, families and adults through the process of therapy who are experiencing life adjustments, relational challenges, and traumatic events. I am someone to walk with you and your family as you Accept, Nurture, Connect, Heal, and Optimize your Relationships (ANCHOR)
My work is centered around creating a secure and supportive therapeutic relationship, and providing opportunities for all experiences and emotions to be explored. I incorporate a systems perspective into my approach, and utilize theories such as Child Centered Play Therapy, Attachment Theory, Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems.
I believe that bringing compassion and understanding to our relationships with ourselves and others is the way that we heal, and hope to help folx who are feeling disconnected, reconnect.
