Hi, I am Angie. I specialize in supporting individuals recovering from trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, and grief. I have more than 15 years of clinical experience teaching evidence-based interventions. I get to know you and your learning style to teach coping tools or calming interventions based on what might work best for you. I am trained in EMDR, DBT, CBT, and some somatic interventions. I offer a down-to-earth and curious attitude. I am compassionate and accepting while using humor appropriately to encourage or challenge you if this is what you need or want. I have been told by clients, "You inspire me." I am direct, open, and candid in a gentle way that clients seem to appreciate. I use a strength-based and trauma-informed approach. My expertise is in trauma, anxiety, addiction, depression, and grief. I am a Licensed Addiction Counselor and a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist.
