Diana, a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) and Registered Art Therapist - Provisional (ATR-P), offers a compassionate approach to supporting individuals on their journeys of healing, growth, and creative exploration. She is dedicated to guiding clients toward their inner resources and building resilience and self-acceptance in the face of life's difficulties.
Her practice integrates a range of effective and holistic modalities, combining art therapy, mindfulness, EMDR, and somatic techniques with insight-oriented therapies. Informed by person-centered, attachment-based, Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic, Jungian, and transpersonal theories, Diana helps clients examine both conscious and unconscious dynamics as part of their healing process. She specializes in working with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life changes, emotional regulation, and personal growth.
Clients can expect a space that encourages creativity, self-inquiry, and meaningful positive development. Diana is currently available for virtual and in-person individual sessions.
